Here is a  link to pages in teh 2009 tax code reference book my accountant sent me. Don't take a tax write off unless your tax preparer says it's ok.  I'm not giving you tax advice!  But here's a list of things that can be a tax write off.  Get a prescription from the doctor for certain medical expenses so you can prove they are medical expenses, and they MAY qualify as a tax write off.  Check with your accountant before you do anything!
