I believe you can make the world a better place with knowledge and music, so here's some of both.
I produced the music here offered. It is classical piano jazz performed by Billy Dennison Froehner, a jazz musician from the New York City area, who has played with Frank Sinatra and many other jazz greats. I mixed the piano music with river sounds and bird songs I recorded and it is great background music for studying and relaxing and the like. Enjoy!
I also produced the guided relaxation CD's, to assist people in learning meditation and in just learning how to relax the brain and the rest of the body to get to sleep. Download and enjoy!
Also there are articles and books, just read down the list and download and browse! Book 1 The Stress Managment Book has been a popular download, complete with lots of color photos and diagrams for stress managment strategy learning.
The charts are there for tracking mood, anxiety, eating problems, lifestyle issues, etc. They are ENORMOUSLY helpful. It is the equivalent of looking at an issue "under a microscope." You can see things you couldn't see otherwise! Many people find it useful to download ALL the life charts or mood charts, then look each over, and choose the one that fits the best for your needs. Everybody is different with different needs so there is a chart there for most people's needs.
A review of the audio discs available for download are as follows:
1. The Green Concert I
Here is piano jazz performed by Billy Dennison Froehner. His picture is above. These songs are solo pieces performed on a grand piano, recorded professionally in New York. The songs are titled with nature themes to represent how nature can sooth our soul, and lift our spirits! Hence the tite, "The Green Concert."
2. The Green Concert II
These are the same songs from Green Concert I, accompanied by nature itself: the sounds of a rocky mountain stream, either Serenity Creek in the Snowy Range of Wyoming, or the celebrated Roaring Fork River near Aspen, Colorado. The bird songs are of warblers and robins in the spring in the Snowy Range near Arlington, Wyoming. The campfire is phoney! It came off Garage Band, a software by Apple.
3. The Green Concert III
Same description as for Green Concert II, see above. Jazz piano with accompaniment of nature!
4. The Green Concert IV
Here are the river sounds of the Roaring Fork River near Aspen, Colorado, in a 45 minute stretch, with jazz songs from Billy Dennison Froeher coming and going. Billy heard this and said "it's like the breeze coming and going out of the branches of one of those nice aspen trees, which is called a segue. let's call this a seque in the aspens." This is then an uninterrupted stretch of jazz and nature. With the first half of the songs from The Green Concert I.
5. The Green Concert V
Same as with Green Concert IV, above. This is a solid length of 41 minutes of river sound and jazz tunes, but with the last half of the jazz paino tunes from The Green Concert I.
6. The Green Concert VI
Billy talks about his life in jazz, more than 70 years living and breathing the stuff, all over the US and all over the world. He talks about how he learned jazz, barnstormed the country with the Tommy Dorsey Band, and came to write jazz durinng times of personal tragedy and stress. This interview was done in Fort Collins, CO in August, 2009.
7. The Green Concert VII
Here are several impromptu interviews with Billy as he toured Rocky Mountain National Park, and spoke about the spiritual side of his life and music.
